Kinga Czerska

Seattle painter Kinga Czerska was born in Krakow, Poland. She studied Chemical and Biomedical Engineering and Painting at Carnegie Mellon University. She continued her art education at The Art Institute of Chicago. And furthered her design education at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles where she obtained a Surface Design Degree in 2003.


She has taken part in Residency Programs such as Art Texas and in 1996 she attended the prestigious ART/OMI residency in New York City.


Her work has been shown throughout the US and in Europe. She is represented by Neuhoff Gallery in New York, Augen Gallery in Portland, Oregon, Kasia Kay Art Projects in Chicago, Klaudia Marr Gallery in Santa Fe and Traver Gallery in Seattle. Her work is currently in multiple collections including Francis J. Greenburger Collection (NY), Immunex (Seattle), Microsoft Corporation (Redmond), and Time Equities Inc. (NY) as well as private collections.
